How do I know if Meditation is for me?

You might well ask... like many others have.

Most of us are busy, Busy, BUSY! We hardly have time to sit down and DO NOTHING for a while. And, if we do sit down in an effort to meditate, then here come all these THOUGHTS! (What's with that??) As if you could think any MORE with your eyes open than this... *whew* ... So, really, after closing my eyes, yeah, maybe I'm more relaxed for a few minutes, but IT'S HARD to sit and DO NOTHING!
